Why do my thighs hurt when going up stairs at home..my heart rate also increases?
This should not be happening cause i have been going to the gym daily. This is new.
it is normal for the heart rate to increase when you are physically active…if you have to walk up 6 flights of stairs it’s also normal to be to some extent breathless… Maybe you are doing a lot of muscle strenghtening power exercise at the gym then perhaps your muscles are sore and you have muscle strain which feels worse when you walk up the stairs…? Do you feel alright when you are at the gym and exercise there… does mild to medium exercise make you get out of breath easily.. if yes then do see a doctor… it is normal if you do a heavy workout and have not the breathing technique needed that you would feel breathless..if you are ok when doing the exerices I don’t believe it is anything to worry about…if you do get breathless on other occasions then do see the doctor xxx
