Cookbooks 101

What are some healthy meals I can make in the GT Xpress 101? I have the cookbook but only like 1 of the meals?
I only like the stuffed chicken breasts that’s in the cookbook – meals wise that is cuz I like everything else like all the breakfasts. The pizza pockets are excellent too, but not what one would consider healthy. I don’t even think the stuffed chicken breasts recipe is all that healthy either. Does anyone know of any healthy meals I can actually make in the GT Xpress. ** I don’t like the beef and asparagus roll ups or the salmon and rice recipes that are in the cookbook either.
I am a former Chef from Canada and have had one for 2 years, I am also a diabetic, most anything you would make in a conventional oven or stove top are fine for the GT X, try something low carb and less fat, I make stir frys in them.
I cook the meat in one pod and the veg in the other then mix it on my plate, and the microwave makes fine rice. I have done porks chops and you can marinate your meat to it cooks faster and can make it more tender.
The best thing is to figure out what you like and adapt it to the GT Xpress, I have and I am with you, I find the fish does not cook well or is overdone, if you don’t eat beef, try boneless chicken thighs. I have marinated tofu in a teriyaki based sauce, grilled it and serve it over rice or noodles.
Be as creative as possible and don’t be afraid to experiment.
